Natalie Heilling
Is a Founding Director of Research Partners Ltd providing global research support across a number of
different industries, sectors and regions. She is an ex Consultant who has nine years experience in
the executive search industry. After graduating with a degree in Design and Media Management from the
University of London she began her career working for a boutique search firm specializing in the IT
sector. Natalie grew the executive search practice from scratch recruiting teams of both consultants
and researchers to complete assignments across Europe. Natalie then joined Penna's Technology Practice
as a senior consultant. Her experience includes many national and international searches from US
start-ups to global organizations across IT, Pharma, Media, Public Sector and Retail. She has worked on
a wide range of positions from senior account managers through to Director and Board level functions.
Natalie is based in London and runs the European Operation.

Heidi Kull
Is a Founding Director of Research Partners Ltd. She is an experienced generalist researcher, who has
worked on assignments for Fortune 100 and start-up companies, for global players and local boutiques.
Heidi graduated with a degree in European Studies from Brunel University London and
began her career at JPMorgan, Zurich. Heidi then joined TMP Executive Search, Zurich
as a research consultant. She worked on a wide variety of mainly international searches
covering Financial Services, Industrial Services, Health Care, Media, Telecommunication
and IT, recruiting CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, Board Director level and senior
level operations. Heidi’s linguistic abilities are particularly useful
for international searches. She speaks German, French, Spanish and
English fluently and has a good working knowledge of Italian. Heidi
next went to the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis (USA)
and took a MA in Psychoanalysis. Returning to Europe, she joined
a UK boutique search firm specializing in the IT sector as a senior
research consultant. Heidi is based in New York and is responsible
for our North American operation.
